Description

3" HDPE Swing Check Foot Valve with Screen – Durable & Reliable

CLOSING THE DISC BY SPRING ACTION

The valve closing action is made by two springs that are connected to an articulated mechanism. This design allows a small force from the springs over the mechanism to hold a higher closing pressure of the disc.

BENEFITS:

* Lightweight.

* Last Longer.

* Low installation cost.

* Low Freight Cost.

APPLICATIONS:

* Irrigation

* Water Work

* Pump Stations

IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HDPE CHECK/FOOT VALVE

* Valve body made of high-density polyethylene (HPDE).

* The closing mechanism is designed to close a moment before the flow is reversed. This action decreases the loud hammering sound of the water hammer. The flap cannot jam in the open position.

* All the working mechanisms and hardware are made of 316SS, except the 304SS springs.

* The closing contact of the disc is performed by HDPE and rubber, eliminating wear and tear.

* The disc is made of extra durable HDPE and will not drip or stick.

* The comprehensive design of the valve body allows a flow without restrictions.

* Regardless of the position in which you install it—horizontal, vertical, or inclined—the check valve will operate normally and effectively.

* Easy inspection and maintenance due to its simple design.

* Maximum working pressure of 150 psi (10.5 bar).

* The closing mechanism will open at less than 5 psi.

* The valve body and disc are completely resistant to all kinds of corrosion.

* The sizes range from 3" to 12".

MAIN FEATURE OF THE SCREEN-BASKET

* Basket reinforces 100% HDPE.

* Bolts incorporated into the body.

* Basket holes of 10 mm.

* The filter area is 6 times greater than the suction area.
